Why do I need to create an account on the registration page?– Each player must create an account with Play Pickleball individually to ensure the Participation Waiver is ACCEPTED by each player. Once your account is created, you can log in with your email address & password to register for future leagues. Your personal information will automatically be cookied in to provide a smooth registration process for your future registrations with potentially different partners.

What is the entry fee for? – The league entry fee covers T-shirts/League Gift for each player, equipment provided (nets, paddles, balls), prizes to 1st place teams (per division), & court/permit costs.

Is the League Women’s Doubles, Men’s Doubles, or Mixed Doubles? – Our leagues are skilled based. Your team can be male/male, female/female, or male/female.

Do I need a partner? – No, you can register as an individual player in which we will pair you with another individual player for the season OR you can register & request to be paired with a certain partner & create your own team name.

How do I register with a partner?– Each player must create their own account on our registration platform and register/pay for themselves individually. During the registration process, you may request who you want as your partner and your preferred team name.

I have never played before, is this a good place to learn?– YES! We love teaching new players how to play the game. Our Beginner Leagues are perfect for those who have never played before or are just starting to learn the game. As you advance in your game you can move up divisions within our leagues. We also provide clinics in the surrounding areas that will assist in advancing your game. To view clinics near you, click here.

What is the format of a league? – Our leagues are Round Robin where your team will play every other team in your skilled division. You will play each team multiple times as we progress through each day of the league.

How many games do we get to play? – We guarantee 3-4 games per night and approximately 28 games per season, plus an End of Season tournament on the last day.

Do I need my own equipment?– No. All equipment (paddles, balls, & nets) are provided.

If I know I am going to miss a few weeks, can I find a substitute? – YES! Substitutes are permitted during regular season play as long as they are of equal skill. For the End of Season tournament, substitutes of equal or lesser skill must come from outside the league.

How do I find a substitute? – Substitutes can be any of the following:

    – A friend, family member, co-worker, etc. that is interested in attending a session on your behalf.
    – Anyone in the league that is sitting on the side lines during your match (most popular).

How do I request a refund? – If you need to cancel your registration, contact the administrator by filling out the Refund Request Form.

Refund Policy:

  • A Full Refund will be granted if requested prior to the registration deadline for the league the player registered for, with the exception of a $5.00 processing fee.

  • A Partial Refund will be granted if requested prior to the initially stated start date* of the league the player registered for, with the exception of a $20.00 processing fee that covers business & processing expenses.

  • Once the league’s initially stated start date* arrives, there will be NO REFUNDS or CREDITS.

*If weather of other circumstances delay the original start date of league play, the refund deadline will remain as the initially stated start date at the time the player registered.
